Revive and Relove Ltd, trading as Revive & Relove by Nik, of 11 Horncastle Road, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 9BN.

 

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC227310.

What we collect and why

If you contact us — your name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us in your message. We use it to answer you. We keep it for up to two years.

 

If you sell clothes to us — your name, address and proof of identity. We are required to record these details for second-hand goods purchases. We keep them for six years.

 

If we sell clothes on your behalf — your name, address, contact details, bank details and a record of your items and payments. We need these to run the agreement and to meet our accounting obligations. We keep them for six years after the agreement ends.

 

If you join our loyalty scheme — your name, contact details and your purchase history, so we can award and track your rewards. If you book our pop-up shop — the name, address and contact details of your care home or organisation, and the name of our contact there.

Our lawful basis

We handle your information because we need it to perform a contract with you, because we have a legal obligation to keep certain records, or because you have consented — for example to receive marketing messages. Where consent is our basis, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

 

We do share it with the companies that provide the services we run on: our payment provider Worldpay, who process card payments and operate our loyalty scheme; Wix, who host this website; our accountant; and HMRC and other authorities where the law requires it.

 

We never see or store your full card details. Card payments are handled entirely by Worldpay.

 

Marketing

We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked us to. Every message has an unsubscribe option, and you can ask us to stop at any time by telling us in the shop, calling or emailing.

 

Cookies

This website uses cookies to make it work and to help us understand how it is used. You can control these through the banner when you first visit and through your browser settings.

 

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, and to have it restricted. Email or call us and we will deal with your request within one month.
